Brent Schlenker has real estate experience back into the early 1980’s and was active as a farm and ranch specialist.  His diverse background will be and asset to you as a potential buyer or seller.  He is dual licensed real estate agent in Alberta and Saskatchewan which opens many doors of opportunity for buyers and sellers.  Brent is a licensed Auctioneer and along with his father Jim Schlenker has operated Schlenker Auction Service successfully in Southern Alberta and Saskatchewan since 1964.  The vast contacts that Brent has in the agricultural sector as well as the community are very beneficial to you as a buyer or seller.   Brent is also a Certified Personal Property Appraiser evaluating all the assets for ARC Appraisal Consultants.  ARC Appraisals also have a team of certified Real Estate Appraisers to meet all your needs. 

Valerie Chabot works co-operatively with Brent on all Residential Listings and Sales. Valerie is a dedicated licensed realtor committed to keeping up on the current Residential market. She is very diligent and strives to serve our customers with the best possible service. Valerie worked in a major financial institution for 10 years, and her decision to enter the real estate profession is a perfect fit. The feeling that Valerie experiences every time she lists a home or finds the right fit for a buyer is very exhilarating.Valerie prides herself with going the extra mile for all of her clients to make their experience a very smooth, positive and exciting one. Valerie has the experience to advise her clients which steps they should take to make the transaction go smoother. Valerie specializes in Residential real estate in Medicine Hat, Dunmore, Redcliff and Bow Island.

Cindy Schmidt works as Brent’s unlicensed assistant and is focused on information packages, internet management as well as all our promotions and advertising in our real estate and auction business.  Her past experience in farm and ranch, bookkeeping and computer skills is an asset to our team.
